Motorists discouraged to park on dropped kerbs

Veteran Anthony Cooper and resident of Euxton, lost both legs in Afghanistan and now uses a wheelchair, he is frustrated at motorists parking on dropped kerbs, which makes it difficult for wheelchair users and prams to cross the road.
