Western Australia has recorded its highest ever daily number of COVID-19 cases with 9,782 new infections.The previous peak was recorded more than a month ago on March 29.

The rising numbers come less than a week after the indoor mask mandate and most other COVID restrictions were removed in W-A. Cases peaked in late March... but just five days after restrictions were eased, W-A has topped that record with almost 10-thousand infections. This is a warning to both the government and the people of Western Australia that COVID is not over
