he festival of Mithi Eid i.e. Eid-ul-Fitr, the festival of Muslim community, is celebrated every year with full enthusiasm. This festival brings the message of peace and brotherhood after the holy month of Ramadan. On the day of Eid, people wear new clothes and offer prayers and pray for peace and harmony. Eid moon was not seen in Saudi Arabia on Sunday, due to which Eid will be celebrated on 3 May. In India the festival is celebrated along with Saudi Arabia. On this day, people prepare various types of dishes in their homes and congratulate each other on the festival of Eid.

मुस्लिम समुदाय का त्योहार मीठी ईद यानी ईद-उल-फितर का त्योहार हर साल पूरे हर्षोल्लास के साथ मनाया जाता है। यह त्योहार रमजान के पाक महीने के बाद अमन और भाईचारे का पैगाम लेकर आता है। ईद के दिन लोग नए कपड़े पहनकर नमाज अदा करके अमन और चैन की दुआ मांगते हैं। सऊदी अरब में रविवार को ईद का चांद नजर नहीं आया जिसके चलते ईद 3 मई को मनाई जाएगी। भारत में त्योहार सऊदी अरब के साथ ही मनाया जाता है। इस दिन लोग घरों में कई तरह के पकवान बनाते हैं और एक-दूसरे को ईद के त्योहार की बधाई देते हैं।
