Former Chief Whip of Kerala Government and former MLA PC George was arrested from his house on Sunday. PC George is accused of hurting Muslim sentiments. George, a former Kerala Congress leader, criticized non-Muslims in the state being run by the Muslim community. Asked to avoid going to restaurants and shops, he had said in the Anantapuri Hindu Mahasammelan that impotent tea was being sold to people in restaurants and hotels of Muslims.
