Victorian govt aiming to fix health system as new figures reveal 90,000 people on elective surgery wait list

Fixing Victoria's troubled health system will be a big focus in next Tuesday's state budget. The help can't come soon enough with new figures revealing the elective surgery wait list has blown out to almost 90,000 people. Almost a third of the most unwell patients had to wait for more than 15 minutes for an ambulance.
