Lakhimpur Ashish mishra: Lucknow High court के Judge ने Case से किया अलग | वनइंडिया हिंदी

In the case of crushing farmers in Lakhimpur, the judge of the Lucknow High Court has recused himself from the hearing. High Court Judge Rajiv Singh recused himself from the case following the Supreme Court's remarks. Judge Rajiv Singh of the Lucknow Bench of the High Court had granted bail to Ashish Mishra, the main accused in the Lakhimpur case.

लखीमपुर में किसानों को कुचलने के मामले में लखनऊ हाई कोर्ट के जज ने सुनवाई से खुद को अलग कर लिया है. हाईकोर्ट के जज राजीव सिंह ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट की टिप्पणी के बाद केस से खुद को अलग किया है। हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच के जज राजीव सिंह ने लखीमपुर मामले के मुख्य आरोपी आशीष मिश्र को जमानत दी थी.
