Rise in Covid cases seems like a ‘mini-surge’: Dr Dhiren Gupta

Amid rising number of Covid-19 cases and constant scare across the country, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Senior Paediatrics Consultant Dr Dhiren Gupta on April 26 said that people who haven’t been exposed to the virus are getting infected now and currently, rise in cases seems like a ‘mini-surge’. “People who haven't been exposed to virus are getting infected. Currently, rise in Covid cases seems like a mini-surge. Children have a typical cold-like symptoms and hospitalisations are very less,” said Dr Dhiren Gupta.
