Sawaiyon ka Muzafar

Semolina 1 cup
Whole dried milk 1/2 cup
Fresh milk 1 cup
Cloves 2
Green cardamom 6
Pistachio chopped 6
Almonds chopped 6
Sugar 1 cup
Saffron or yellow color few
Clarified butter as required

In a wok heat clarified butter to fry vermicelli .when it turns golden then add whole dried milk and roast foe 5 minutes .Now in a wok heat clarified butter then add small cardamom and cloves. When aroma comes out then add pistachios and peel fried almonds. Add sugar and make sugar syrup then add roasted vermicelli .Now add milk and saffron or food color and leave on dum, when clarified butter come on surface then turn off the stove.


Sabzi Daal

Split green gram 250 grams
Potatoes 4
Tomatoes ½ kg
Bay leaves few
Green chili 4
Tamarind ½ cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Nigella seeds 1 tsp
Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
For tempering:
Oil 1 cup
Fenugreek as required
Bay leaves few
Cumin 1 tsp

Potatoes peel and place whole .now peeled potatoes add in woke then add water and boil it .when tender then remove it and blend well .then in a woke add yellow lentil ,turmeric ,red chili powder ,salt ,curry leaves ,ginger garlic paste ,green chili ,tamarind juice and Nigella seeds add and cook for 15 minutes then remove .after this heat oil and add red chili ,fenugreek seeds ,curry leaves and white cumin fry and tempering on yellow lentil .finally serve with plain rice .
