Labor has set out its plan for the pacific - promising to boost foreign aid, overhaul pacific worker programs and put more money into climate resilient infrastructure. The ALP insists it's a package which will help restore Australia's credibility in the Pacific but the Prime Minister has already labelled it a "farce".
