Rio's carnival returns after two-year gap

For the first time in two years - Rio's famous carnival has been taking place. The event was cancelled last year - and delayed this year - due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Thousands of locals and tourists were there for a display of dance, music and colour. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
