ACT, Queensland and South Australia scrap isolation

COVID rules were significantly scaled back in NSW and Victoria this week. Isolation guidelines for close contacts were relaxed and there were also changes to vaccine requirements and mandatory mask rules. Queensland, South Australia and the ACT will also be relaxing rules over the coming week. Associate Professor Meru Sheel - an epidemiologist from the University of Sydney - says a lot is unknown and the next few months will be a trial perios to see what living with COVID looks like.
