It's a rapid turnaround for the industry, which just six months ago was stuck with boxes of eggs they couldn't get rid of. At this factory in outer Hobart - they're busy sorting and packing eggs. But no mater how fast the machines churn out the trays - they're struggling to keep up with demand.
