A massive forest fire broke out in the hills of Srinagar, Uttarakhand on April 16. Fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the flames. However, no casualties have been reported so far. Speaking to ANI, Kankhal Police Station SHO, Hari Om Chauhan said, “The fire broke out at a spot in the forest where some work related to wood was going on. A team from the fire department reached the spot and steps were taken to douse the fire.”
