The first-time US President Joe Biden has referred to Russia’s attack on Ukraine as genocide. He's accused Vladimir Putin of trying to wipe out the Ukrainian people. The Russian president has again dismissed war crimes allegations as fakes staged by the west. But the scene on the ground tells a very different story.
