With the formal election campaign set to begin any day Anthony Albanese's put water on the election agenda, promising to pressure upstream states to send more of it to South Australia. Labor's River Murray pledge drew immediate criticism from upstream but the Opposition's counting on it helping to deliver votes in South Australia's sole marginal seat.
