Naitresh Sharma, the constable who saved a baby girl trapped in a burning house during the Karauli violence, was congratulated by Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. The constable was also promoted. “He congratulated me, appreciated my work and also told me about the promotion. I saved a baby girl, her mother and 2 other women who were trapped in a burning house,” the constable said. The Karauli incident happened on April 02.
