West Bengal: प्रोफेसर ने की घर की छत पर खेती, उगा रहे खूब फल और सब्जियां | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Sometimes you would think that there are so many farms in the village but we cannot eat fruits and vegetables from our farming while living in the city. So you will be surprised to know that you too can do a lot of farming while living in the city and enjoy the vegetables and fruits grown by your hand. Dr Keshab Chandra Mondal, a university professor from Midnapore, has turned his terrace into a beautiful lush green rooftop garden in West Bengal. While speaking to ANI, he encouraged the use of kitchen waste and organic materials for rooftop gardening.

कभी-कभी आप सोचते होंगे कि गांव में इतने खेत है लेकिन हम शहर में रहते हुए अपनी की हुई खेती ( farming) से फल और सब्जियां नहीं खा सकते हैं. तो आपको जानकर हैरानी होगी कि आप भी शहर में रहते हुए अच्छी खासी खेती कर सकते हैं और अपने हाथ की उगाई सब्जियां और फल का भरपूर लुत्फ उठा सकते हैं. प्रोफेसर केशवचंद्र मंडल (Dr Keshab Chandra Mondal) ये पश्चिम बंगाल (West Bengal) के मिदनापुर में रहते हैं इन्होंने आपदा में ही अवसर की तलाश की है. जमीन की कमी थी तो इस कारण इन्होंने छत पर ही खेती (rooftop gardening) करना शुरू कर दिया.
