Sixteen foreigners were detained during a raid in Bedong, Kedah on Friday for engaging in several types of games as well as betting on cock fights at at an oil palm farm in Kampung Sungai Tok Pawang.

In a statement on Saturday (April 2), Kedah police chief Comm Wan Hassan Wan Ahmad said four local men believed to be the organisers of the gambling activities were also arrested.
