Taxi driver Mohammed Ayub says youths have been throwing stones at taxis in the Grange, Moor Nook and Fishergate areas of Preston. He is calling on more support from police and council to tackle harassment and offer financial help for rising fuel costs and repair costs caused by vandalism.
