'Amusing footage of a jolly cockatiel having a bit of stage fright, has surfaced from the Netherlands.
The video, recorded by Valerie Witteveen, shows her pet bird, Donny singing into a mini mic.
Throughout the clip, the cockatiel keeps moving away from the mic, signifying that he has yet to fully get used to performing with his new instrument.
"We bought Donny a mic, so he can perform all day!" Valerie said. "At first, he was a little scared, but today, he gave his first live performance!"
