Master Instructor Jade Hwang of KBX PHX is a trusted self-defense expert and she is here to show Brad some self-defense moves. She will be leading a workshop on March 23rd called Empowerology 101: self-defense and safety training for campus life. Attendees will learn realistic self-defense techniques, along with strategies for developing crucial life skills aimed at keeping them safe on campus and in life. This is an interactive workshop and participants will have the opportunity to practice handling difficult, situations in a comfortable and safe environment.
