उत्तर प्रदेश के साथ ही पूरे देश में कोरोना के खिलाफ वैक्सीनेशन के महाअभियान के तहत अब 12 से 14 साल की उम्र के बच्चों को भी वैक्सीन लगना शुरू हो गया है, बच्चों का वैक्सीनेशन 16 मार्च से शुरू किया गया है. अगर बात उत्तर प्रदेश की करें तो यहां सरकार का लक्ष्य है की जल्दी ही 12 से 14 साल के बच्चों को कोविड-19 वैक्सीन लगाई जाए, प्रदेश में 12-14 साल के बच्चों की कुल संख्या लगभग 84 लाख है.
