Introduction

Preparation of Marinade
4 pcs. Mackerel
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt (as required)
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Pan-Frying the Fish
2 tbsp Oil

For The Gravy
2 tbsp Oil
1 Onion (sliced)
2 tbsp Dried Coconut (chopped)
1 tbsp Melon Seeds
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1/2 cup Tomato (chopped)
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
5-6 Ice Cubes

Preparation of the Korma
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
6-8 Cloves
2 Cardamom Pods
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Onion (sliced)
Salt (as required)
Hot Water (as required)
2 Green Chillies

For Garnish
