Cupcakes Chocolat Mont Blanc Saint Valentin
▷Ingredients(7 cupcakes)：
■Chocolate cupcakes
100g unsalted butter
100g sugar
30g sweet chocolate
2 eggs
3ml rum
100g cake flour
12g ground almonds
2g baking powder
60g choco chip
■Chocolate ganache cream
100g sweet chocolate
50ml heavy cream
3ml rum
The rum will add depth of flavor. If you don't have it, you don't need to add it.

100g de sucre
30g de chocolat sucré
2 oeufs
3ml de rhum
100 g de farine à gâteau
12 g d'amandes moulues
2 g de levure chimique
60g de pépites de chocolat
■Crème de ganache au chocolat
100g de chocolat sucré
50 ml de crème épaisse
3ml de rhum
Le rhum ajoutera de la profondeur de saveur. Si vous ne l'avez pas, vous n'avez pas besoin de l'ajouter.
