Parliament will convene earlier that schedule to determine who has majority support to become the next prime minister. However, if the Dewan Rakyat fails to find a majority, it will then be decided at the polls. One person urging politicians to resolve the current impasse without having to call for snap general elections is lawyer and human rights activist, Dato’ Ambiga Sreenevasan.
