Consider This: Recognising your privilege

At the BAFTA awards early this morning, actor Joaquin Phoenix won the best actor award for The Joker, and in his acceptance speech, he called out the "systemic racism" in the film industry. His comments that he was "part of the problem" leaves us considering if we too are aware of our respective privilege.
