Inauguration of the New Leyte Provincial Capitol and the turnover of various government projects in Region VIII

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte visits the Municipality of Palo for the inauguration of the new Leyte Provincial Capitol and the turnover of various government projects in Region VIII, in a ceremonial program at the New Leyte Provincial Government Complex (NLPGC) in Palo, Leyte on March 17, 2022.
President Duterte unveils the project marker of the new government structure together with Leyte Governor and Leyte Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC) Chairperson Leopoldo Dominico Petilla.
The Chief Executive also leads the partial turnover of completed housing units that are located at the Peace and Prosperity Village in San Isidro, Leyte and the distribution of Certificates of Land Ownership Awards (CLOA) to representatives of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs).
