Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has performed very poorly in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. The BSP has been reduced to just one seat. After the humiliating defeat in the assembly elections, BSP supremo Mayawati lashed out at the media, asking the party spokesperson not to participate in any TV debate. Mayawati has accused the media of adopting a casteist attitude and said that from now on no spokesperson of her party will participate in the debate on TV channels.
