In the trends of the results of the assembly elections, BJP was seen getting an absolute majority, after which the Chief Minister was very excited. In the capital Imphal, he danced with party leaders and expressed his happiness.

उत्‍तर प्रदेश, गोवा, उत्‍तराखंड के साथ बीजेपी ने मण‍िपुर में जीत का परचम लहरा दिया है, मणिपुर में एक बार फिर बीजेपी ने विधानसभा चुनाव में शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए बहुमत का आंकड़ा छू लिया है. विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों के रुझान में ही बीजेपी को पूर्ण बहुमत मिलता हुआ नजर आया जिसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री काफी उत्साहित नजर आए. राजधानी इंफाल में उन्होंने पार्टी के नेताओं के साथ मिलकर डांस किया और अपनी खुशी का इजहार किया.
