Turkish Pilaf Ali Pasha. Super Delicious Finger Licking Pilaf

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups rice (cup volume 200 ml)
250 g ground beef
1 onion
3 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
water
vegetable oil for frying
salt, pepper to taste, herbs to taste

Cooking process:
First, soak the rice in salted water for 30 minutes. Add grated onions, garlic, salt, pepper to the minced meat. Mix everything. Next, form small meatballs. Put them on a plate sprinkled with flour. Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Fry the rice for a couple of minutes in vegetable oil, and then add boiling water so that it covers all the rice, and cook under a lid until the moisture evaporates. Next, turn off the heat, and again cover with a lid and leave for another 20 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the meatballs. Add finely chopped tomatoes to the ready-made meatballs and fry until the tomatoes are cooked. Serve as you wish, or as in my video :) Bon appetit
