The leaders and workers of the Samajwadi Party are constantly nabbing the officials. The latest case is of Sant Kabir Nagar district. Here an employee was going towards the strong room by keeping 2 ballot papers in the EVM register. SP workers caught him. DM was called on the spot. The DM reached the spot and accepted the 'lapse' and reprimanded the SDM and asked to register an FIR against the employee.

Uttar Pradesh assembly elections के नतीजों से पहले राज्य के अलग अलग जिलों में ईवीएम और बैलेट पेपर को लेकर लापरवाही के मामले सामने आ रहे हैं। समाजवादी पार्टी के नेता और कार्यकर्ता लगातार अधिकारियों को पकड़ रहे हैं। ताजा मामला Sant Kabir Nagar district का है। यहां एक कर्मचारी ईवीएम में लगने वाले 2 बैलेट पेपर रजिस्टर में रखकर स्ट्रांग रूम की ओर जा रहा था। सपा कार्यकर्ताओं ने उसे पकड़ लिया। मौके पर डीएम को बुलाया गया। डीएम ने मौके पर पहुंचकर 'चूक' को स्वीकार किया और एसडीएम को फटकार लगाते हुए कर्मचारी पर एफआईआर दर्ज करने को कहा।
