Yes, this Janab-e-Aala is none other than Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma..A statement given against a particular community was taken lightly by the state police, even an FIR was not
registered.But when the matter reached the threshold of the court, the police had to register a case against the CM sahib.

उनके बयानों में धार भी था.. कुछ अंगार भी था.. जो नहीं था एक समुदाय के लिये प्यार नहीं था.. जी हां, ये जनाब-ए-आला कोई और नहीं असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमन्त बिस्वा सरमा हैं.. जिनके समुदाय विशेष के खिलाफ दिये एक बयान को सूबे कीपुलिस ने तो बड़े हल्के में लिया, यहां तक कि प्राथमिकी भी दर्ज नहीं की गई.. लेकिन मामला जब कोर्ट की दहलीज तक पहुंचा, तो पुलिस को सीएम साहब के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज करना ही पड़ा..
