A Hong Kong NGO has been offering emergency supply delivery for asylum seekers and refugees who are struggling to stock up amid fears of a lockdown when the city conducts its universal testing for Covid-19. Ahead of the planned mass testing, shelves have been emptied in shops and supermarkets over panic-buying across the city.
