Swarkokila Lata Mangeshkar breathed her last on 6 February 2022. Saying goodbye to the legendary singer like this is still giving shock to the fans. Lata Mangeshkar's family reached Ganga Ghat in Varanasi on 8 March (Tuesday). There Usha Mangeshkar immersed the ashes of sister Lata.

स्वरकोकिला लता मंगेशकर ने 6 फरवरी 2022 को अंतिम सांस ली थी. लेजेंडरी सिंगर का यूं अलविदा कह जाना फैंस को अभी तक शॉक दे रहा है. लता मंगेशकर का परिवार 8 मार्च (मंगलवार) को वाराणसी के गंगा घाट पहुंचा. वहां उषा मंगेशकर ने बहन लता का अस्थि विसर्जन किया.
