REACTION: Calvin Ridley Suspended, No Longer a WR Option for Patriots

Falcons WR Calvin Ridley is no longer an option for the Patriots this offseason as they continue their search for a true #1 Wide Receiver. On Monday, the NFL suspended Ridley for at least 2022 season for betting on games.
Ridley responded to the suspension in a series of tweets. Calvin tweeted "I don't have a gambling problem," and that he will "be more healthy when I come back" and that "I know I was wrong But I'm getting 1 year lol."
In a letter to Ridley NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell wrote: Your actions put the integrity of the game at risk, threatened to damage public confidence in professional football, and potentially undermined the reputations of your fellow players throughout the NFL."
