Turkish Red Lentil Soup Like in Restaurant #asmr

The recipe is for 4 servings.

1 cup of red lentil (cup volume 250 ml)
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
1 medium potato
1 tablespoon tomato paste
6 glasses of water (glass volume 250 ml)
salt and pepper to taste (if you want the soup to be spicy, add a little bitter red pepper)

Put lentils, potatoes, carrots in a saucepan and add water, then put on fire. Meanwhile, fry the onions in vegetable oil. Add the tomato paste to the onion and continue to fry until tender. Then, pour this mixture into a pot of lentils. And cook everything until fully cooked. Don't forget to stir constantly and remove the foam. Once the soup is cooked, pass it through a blender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then put it back on the fire and cook for another 2-3 minutes. And our soup is ready. Bon Appetit:)
