The Government of India has appointed Madhabi Puri Buch as the new chairperson of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Madhabi Puri Buch has been given this responsibility for the next three years. She will take over in place of former chairperson Ajay Tyagi, let us tell you that Ajay Tyagi's term ended on February 28.
