Significant damage was caused to the apartment block in Velyka Kil'tseva St, with footage being posted on social media of its residents desperately fleeing the scene.The explosion was just 15km away from where several people were killed by Russian rocket strikes in the centre of Ukraine’s second biggest city.At least seven people were killed and 44 were injured when Russian forces launched multiple rocket strikes in what appeared to mark a change in tactics by Moscow towards bombing civilian areas.
