Voices of protest against the attack on Ukraine have started rising in Russia itself. People demonstrated against the war in many cities, including Moscow, the capital of Russia. Meanwhile, Russian police have arrested more than 1,700 people protesting in dozens of cities, from the southern city of Tolyatti to the far eastern city of Khabarovsk, according to the Moscow Times. Apart from this, there were also demonstrations in the capital Moscow and St. Petersburg. There are many people who are protesting, whose families or relatives are trapped in Ukraine. These people are opposing the war and demanding to resolve the issue through dialogue.

Ukraine पर हमले के खिलाफ Russia में ही विरोध के स्वर उठने लगे हैं। रुस की राजधानी मॉस्को समेत कई शहरों में लोगों ने युद्ध के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन किया। इस दौरान रूसी पुलिस ने दर्जनों शहरों में प्रदर्शन कर रहे 1700 से ज्यादा लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है, मॉस्को टाइम्स के मुताबिक, दक्षिणी शहर तोल्यात्ती से दूर पूर्वी शहर खाबरोवस्क तक भी प्रदर्शन हुए। इसके अलावा राजधानी मास्को और सेंट पीटर्सबर्ग में भी प्रदर्शन हुए।प्रदर्शन कर रहे लोगों में कई ऐसे भी हैं, जिनका परिवार या रिश्तेदार यूक्रेन में फंसे हुए हैं. ये लोग युद्ध का विरोध करते हुए बातचीत के जरिए मसला सुलझाने की मांग कर रहे हैं.
