Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on Thursday (Feb 24) said that the government has contacted 11 Malaysian citizens living in Ukraine after Russia launched a massive air and ground assault on the neighboring country.

Speaking to reporters in Phnom Penh, he said they are in safe condition and the evacuation process has begun.
