The seats in the fourth phase in UP, where voting will be held on February 23, include Sitapur assembly seat. Here, there is a contest between Congress's Shamina Shafiq, BJP's Rakesh Rathor, SP's Radheshyam Jaiswal and BSP's Khurshid Ansari. Voters from the Backward Classes are the largest. Here Muslim voters play a decisive role.In this assembly constituency, except the BJP, all political parties are eyeing Muslim voters. Congress, SP and BSP is also engaged in cultivating Muslim voters as well as OBC voters.
