Talking about her character in Love Hostel she stated, "Jyoti is outspoken and she comes from a family that gives her the confidence and privilege. Jyoti has seen her family members having that authority and that gives her the confidence of sorts. She is full of hope and she knows whatever she is going through she will be out of it. She speaks her mind, she doesn't care and that's how she was brought up." The actress also talks about her experience while working with Vikrant Massey and Booby Deol.
