Commemorating one of the biggest moments in Philippine history, 'The Battle of Mactan' now hangs in the National Museum. It marks 500 years since Magellan arrived in the country and clashed with the warriors of Lapu-Lapu.

Creator Elmer Borlongan and Canvas Executive Director Gigo Alampay tells us about how the painting came to be.
