Criticism of Prince Andrew and the Royal Family could intensify after the Telegraph reported that the Queen will help pay the undisclosed sum agreed with Jeffrey Epstein victim Ms Giuffre. Ms Giuffre was seeking damages having accused the Duke of York of sexually assaulting her on three occasions. Andrew has always vehemently denied these allegations.
