The footage starts off with Katerina Sharko creating an opening on a frozen lake in order to swim in the ice-cold water.
Then, she warms up for a bit before taking a literal chill-inducing dip.
"Every time I dive in the cold winter water, I get in touch with the magic of pure nature," the subject shared. "Getting out is even more of a challenge than going in. I have to push myself up with my hands."
Following the swim, Katerina enjoys a drive around the area, encountering wildlife along the way.
