Even after 75 years of independence, a village in UP's Barabanki is still deprived of basic amenities like electricity, schools, hospitals, and roads. The villagers have to cross the river on a boat to reach a nearby town to fulfil their basic needs. The Quint's election trail reached Barabanki's Parsawal and spoke to the residents of the village that has been marred by years of neglect.
