Two years ago the Palmetto State turned the tide for President Biden in his halting primary campaign. Now in 2022, it may be time to repay the political favour, and perhaps pave the way for some bipartisan cooperation. We look at President Biden's potential nominee for the Supreme Court and discuss why South Carolina has a crucial role to play in proceedings.
