Uttar Pradesh 2nd Phase Poll voting has been started on 55 assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh on Monday. 2.02 crore voters would cast their votes in Saharanpur, Bijnor, Moradabad, Sambhal, Rampur, Amroha, Badaun, Bareilly, and Shahjahanpur districts.
