Special card to be issued to foreigners living in Sabah for a long time without official documents

Undocumented foreigners who have been living in Sabah for many years are to be issued a special card for identification, says Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin).

The Home Minister said that on Thursday (Feb 10), stressed however that the card would not give them a permanent resident status or citizenship.
