Sir Lee Pearson presented Camila a copy of the book ‘I Am Who I Am’ at a reception at Clarence House. The Duchess was warned about the content by Sir Lee, who won triple gold Para-dressage at the Tokyo Olympics last year, that the book contained “saucy bits”.  However, Camila replied: “I love saucy bits.
